One Year Repair Warranty
For phones, customers can enjoy the 12-month free repair warranty on LONG-CZ Store. The warranty applies to items bought directly from our site or our authorized partner.
Who is covered?
We give the warranty only to customers who buy directly from our www.long-cz.com website.
Before you accept the package
- Open the parcel and check items in the post officer's presence.
- If the parcel is damaged or empty (stolen), ask the post office for an official claim document and take photos / an unpack video.
- Contact us first — we will respond and help to resolve the issue. Please avoid leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute before contacting us.
Warranty coverage
(1) For non-human damage, we support a 1-year warranty counted from the date of purchase. Within 1 year, buyers can return items for repairs. Buyers pay shipping to us; we pay return shipping.
(2) For human damage where parts must be replaced, the buyer covers replacement parts, repair service costs, and two-way delivery freight.
How it works (quick steps)
- Contact Customer Service with your order number, photos, and unpacking video (if available).
- We confirm eligibility and provide RMA instructions if needed.
- You ship the item to our repair center (buyer pays outbound shipping unless agreed otherwise).
- After repair, we send the item back (we cover return shipping for eligible free repairs).
Warranty exclusions
- Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, alterations, or vandalism (including deliberate water damage or drops).
- Improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification, or commercial use.
- Damage in return transit or unsupervised use by minors under 18.
